Healthy pancakes

Ehdottomasti paras terveellinen pannariresepti mitä oon ikinä kokeillu, ja vuosien saatossa oon kyllä kokeillu aika monta! :D Löysin sen Johannan blogista, mistä löytyy tosi paljon muitakin hyviä ja terveellisiä reseptejä.

Terveelliset pannarit

2 banaania
4 kananmunaa
1 dl kaurahiutaleita
1 dl jauhottuja kaurahiutaleita
2 rkl chia siemeniä
1 tl psylliumia
1 tl leivinjauhetta

Sekoita kaikki aineet tehosekoittimessa/sauvasekoittimella ja paista keskilämmöllä pannulla.

I found this recipe from Johanna’s blog, and it’s absolutely the best recipe for healthy pancakes I’ve ever tried. And I’ve tried a lot, trust me! From her blog you can also find a lot of other healthy recipes.

Healthy pancakes

2 bananas
4 eggs
1 dl oats
1 dl oat flour
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp psyllium
1 tsp baking powder

Mix all the ingredients in a blender, fry in a pan on medium heat.
